Neofusion Initiatives Pvt Ltd ("Neofusion") provides personal branding and social media management services to clients based on agreed-upon proposals or contracts. These services encompass content creation, social media strategy development, profile management, analytics, and related consultancy.
2. Engagement
Clients engage Neofusion's services by signing a formal agreement or proposal provided by Neofusion. The agreement details the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees associated with the services.
3. Fees and Payment
The fees for Neofusion's services are specified in the engagement agreement. Payment terms typically require an initial deposit upon signing the agreement, with the balance due upon completion of specific project milestones or within a designated timeframe. Late payments may incur interest as outlined in the agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Neofusion retains all intellectual property rights related to content, strategies, or materials developed during the engagement, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Clients are granted a license to use such intellectual property for their personal branding and social media purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing Neofusion with necessary information, access to relevant accounts or platforms, and timely approvals to facilitate the delivery of services. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and deliverables.
6. Refunds/Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:
Refunds: Refund eligibility is outlined in the engagement agreement. Generally, deposits or fees paid are non-refundable after a specific stage of the project has commenced. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within this time frame.Cancellations: Clients may request project cancellations by providing written notice to Neofusion. Cancellation fees may apply based on the project's progress and resources expended up to that point. Neofusion reserves the right to retain a portion of the fees to cover costs incurred.7. Confidentiality
Both Neofusion and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This includes proprietary business information, strategies, and personal data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination terms, including responsibilities upon termination, are detailed in the engagement agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Neofusion's liability for any damages or losses arising from its services is limited to the fees paid by the client for those specific services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
